An amazing company that truly works with you. Have never had an issue and love my water, I moved to FL from Illinois and the city water is horrible. Any issues Ive ever had I just simply call and am taken care of in a timely manner.

WARNING: AVOID THESE PEOPLE. They installed a waterproof Acacian system under the counter in my mothers home. The installers drilled holes in the pipes unnecessarily, and left them there without advising the homeowner. The pipes continue to leak, and this company continue to service this machine on a quarterly basis to change the filters and never said a word about the leak that was clearly emanating from this machine. Over $500 in damage was done to her kitchen cabinets.

I advised them of their problem and they did nothing.

I was scammed by this company going on 3 years ago. I was able to get out of the contract after I realized they were overpriced and lied about the state of Florida giving me a rebate because the water was so bad. Needless to say I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office here in Florida. I was contacted and told this rip off company was no longer allowed to sell Ecco Water softness. Keep in mind this was approx 3 years ago, as of yet this fly by night rip off company still hasn't picked up their equipment. Today May 22 2017, I contacted this business and told them to pick up their equipment and bring a check for $20.00 for the water I loss from a water leak they created after hooking up their overpriced conditioner. Today I spoke with some arrogant employee Russell who pretty much told me I'd never see the $20.00 for the water loss. Bad for him is that I documented my very move and phone calls per my attorney. After having words, Russell hung up on me but before he did he said if anything happens to the equipment he was going to reinstate my loan. Now that made me laugh, this company couldn't even close the deal the first time. I recontacted them and informed Russell via voice mail, his equipment will be at the curb.. For god sakes stay away from this company and spread the word. If anyone you know receives a piece of mail from the Florida water dept wanting to test your water, don't fall for this shred it. My mother lives in The Villages, FL and was charged over $3500 for a water softener! It is worth about $500 - They didn't install it or plug it in! Environmental Quality Assurance used a loan company called Time Investments that paid them the money!! Environmental Quality Assurance - how do you sleep at night targeting vulnerable Senior Citizens? I hope someone in your family gets targeted by a scum bag like you!!!

My MIL has a water system with them. They supposedly came and dumped 100 pounds of salt in machine and serviced it. They left bill on door. Thing is NOTHING had been touched. I had just looked at salt levels 2 weeks ago and they hadn't changed also the cover on the programmable machine hadn't even been taken off. Called company left message so far no return. Will NOT pay bill. Then kicker is someone trespassed her property last night going into her shed and leaving gate open. Wondering if it might have been related ?

To pay more than $300 per service visit, use this company. The BBB gave them an F rating. We're unhappy with the quailty of the service, and the constant pressure sales of systems we don't need or would never purchase. After canceling service with this company, they keep showing up to service our system - annoying!
