After the man dying out in the sun last year and last month's escape from the dementia unit where lady missing for hours found downtown st. pete, better find somewhere else. If that doesn't stop ya, take an UNscheduled tour.

my husband was sent to this crap hole aug 5, 2015 to rehab for brokened hip. he fell out of bed due to the bed was a WW2 bed and the bed rails did not work. food was like the prisoners get on scared straight he was given blood thinner the day he was admitted, he had a filter put in him at hospital due to bleeding from the blood thinner. he was in depends the whole time he was there, never in a walker only in a wheelchiar to go to therapy the staff needs get their act together. very rude and I mean rude. I am from up north and this place should be shut down and as a manager of a big dept. store 3/4 of this staff would be fired. they said he had therapy 3xs daily and he had it in am and late afternoon and no weekends. he was bathed for scabies and hi s room was scrubbed due to his roommate.also came home with a n uti and fever. only in for the 20 days and on sept 2, 2015 he passed away in my arms in our bedroom.

A real crap hole. The patients have ONE phone to share, just like prison inmates do. TERRIBLE customer service and little care about the patients well being or desires.
