Bad Customer Service

Horrible! I would never suggest that anyone uses Iza. She had been referred to me, so I had high hopes for her. I am an out of town bride, so my fiance and I made a trip to FL to meet our vendors. She asked me to send her some pictures of bouquets and flowers that I liked and she would get back to me with her ideas. After sending the pics and the email, two days later, I didn't hear from her. I waited for 2 weeks, then finally I sent another email to 'remind' her of the email I sent that she had asked for. Then 3 weeks later, I sent another email because she still didn't respond to me! Well, it has been a month and a half and nothing from her. I worry that a month before my wedding she will blow me off again, and i won't have answers to questions I have. I'm not sure what to do, but this customer service is horrible from her end. At least tell me something and communicate, not blow me off.So after 1.5 months and 3 emails later I never got any kind of a reply. I called her and she asked me if I got an email from her. I did not, and asked her to resend it. She is in my contact list and would not go to junk mail, and I carefully check my junk mail anyways. She never resent the email that she claims she sent. A week later, I again asked her to forward me the email, and she never did. If she already typed it up, it shouldn't be hard to get that done. I called her again. She said that she would print out the email and send it via mail. I can get mail within 2-3 days from Clearwater, and here it was 2 months later and I have received NOTHING again from her. It is not possible to plan a destination wedding with customer service like this, it is inexcusable. During my last conversation with her, I also asked her if she could please try to resend the email to me again. She told me that she would and she would also call me when she sent it. I never received an email OR A CALL!!! What is going on? It takes A LOT to upset me, and I am a very laid back and easy to get along with person. I have done nothing but what she asked me to do, and wait for a reply. It is not possible to have to wait 3 months to get a reply. I am trying to find out prices and suggestions from her. If the prices are not in my budget, then I need to have different ideas, which I need time to think about. I can't think about new ideas or even figure out anything I am doing with flowers until she replies to me. I am so frustrated with her, and I don't know what to do. She has my number and if she needed to contact me she could. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service before, and I think everyone should know that she gives very unsatisfactory service. If the emails aren't working, call me and talk to me. If you tell me your going to call me after you send me an email, then do it. i want to warn everyone out there that if you want a florist that will communicate with you and do what you are paying her thousands of dollars to do, DO NOT GO TO IZA'S FLOWERS!!!!
