I have been making payments on a car that has breaking down non stop. Amazingly I went over my 36,000 miles. I went over my milage after I had to bring it back in the 10th time. In have all receipts to prove it. I took it another mechanic and come to find out every part was factory parts. The car is a 2002. So every part is 12 years old and some should of been changed before they sold the car. For certified mechanics they should of known that. When I approached Jarrod and about the problem

He told me that they can't do anything about it. I signed the papers I am liable for the car. If I don't like it then I can just stop making the payment and they will repo the car. I don't want that on my credit. So now I have a car that can break down anytime with my 2 kids in there. Stay far away from this place. They are a joke. Rude, arrogant, and very callous. Especially Jarrod!!!! They call me all the time letting me know if I refer someone to them they will make a payment for me. I wouldn't send my enemy there.

this place is a rip off, even if you think you have no other option, go elsewhere. they will tell you how great their service is which is a lie, they will say we are gonna fix this and that after you buy the car and never do, then just wait till you have to get stuff fixed under "warranty", they had to do my ball joints twice and they are still not fixed. don't waste your time or money especially with lying bastards like jarrod, he is why there are stereotypes about used car salesmen.
