Excellent customer service!! it's hard to get good customer service these days! I have been to many other vape shops, and sometimes the other shops make me feel like "buy something or get out"! But at smoktek there very honest! he even recommended me to buy a cheaper one saying it was better in his opinion than the more expensive one! I bought a kangertech aero tank, And one of my coils was gurgling right out of the box which is fairly common with most products coming from China. Well anyway I went back in expecting to buy another coil. But when I told him what happened he handed me another coil no questions asked! I didn't even have my receipt! I just can't say enough! do business with them yourself and you can see,five stars!!!!!!!
