I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment. I received a call on Thursday on when to be there. I drive over an hour to get to the surgery center only to be told that they had no idea who I was. When I called on Monday, they had no explanation and refused to give me one.

I HAVE HAD FIVE SPINAL SURGERIES. ONE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS THE MAGIC SILVER BULLET. I HAD TWO TOP NOTCH NEW YORK TRAINED SURGEONS WHO WERE INCREDIBLY GIFTED AND HAVE KEPT ME FUNCTIONING AT A VERY HIGH LEVEL SINCE 2000. AGE & EVERYDAY FUNCTIONS, HOWEVER, DO PLAY A PART IN ONE'S PAIN LEVEL. I DO NOT TAKE ANY PAIN MEDS BECAUSE OF WEST PARK SURGERY CENTER IN PINELLAS PARK, SUGGESTED BY AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON AT MORTON PLANT. EVERYONE AFFILIATED WITH WEST PARK IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & TRULY CARING. MY TREATMENT LASTS OVER A YEAR AND A HALF; ONE WOULD NEVER IMAGINE THE EXTENT OF MY MOBILITY WITH THE SCAR THAT RUNS FROM MY NECK ALL THE WAY DOWN TO MY SAC AREA. THE TEAM AT WEST PARK: DR. FRIEDMAN, DR. LE, DR. PATEL, MS. BOUWHUIS, & MS. NGWA ARE ALL BRILLIANT....I OWE MY INDEPENDENCE TO ALL OF THEM; THEY'RE SO GREAT. I CANNOT THANK ALL OF THEM ENOUGH. CYNTHIA ROSEN
