They manage to hike the rent up every six months, yet never seem to find the time to fix things in the apartment. This is the seventh time we've scheduled repairs for things like: a leaky diswasher, carpet that suddenly has large wet spots appear, a leaking ceiling, resulting stains in the carpet, and told to wait for them and they've never come. NOT the first repair. The technicians will come to tell you the problem, but the repairs: don't happen. You're time is worthless and their promises are empty.

Slum Lord .they are all run down dirty and nasty

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Place is horrible and they charge you for carpet replacement when the carpet was nasty in the first place. Maintenance people walk in without knocking, once while I was in the shower. Very disrespectful and disgusting apartments. DO NOT live here.

The place is nasty. The employees and maintenance people have no concept of privacy or respect of residents. They are very very RUDE! They charge $500.00 for a pet which is not refunded no matter how clean and undamaged your apt. may be. The Apts. are sooo run down and they go up on your rent every 1st of the year.

This apartment complex is terrible. The employees come in without asking. They are run down and nasty. When someone slams a door hard the whole buildin shakes and I had bees coming out the ceiling. The employees are rude and don't care. Had plenty of problems with the airconditioner, the food disposer. but most times they ignored you. WHen moved in the stove was nasty so was the refrigerater. Then when I left they charged for them being "dirty". its hard to clean something that you CANT get clean. Not to mention when it rains outside of my apartment was a sink whole in the ceiling where water poured right in front of my door. So I got wet everytime I went in and left my apartment. I would not recommend living there at all!!! RUN!!!
