I went to buy a Oven from this place . The woman owns an embroidery shop and gift shop but also sells used items and appliances. Buyers of appliances I am warning you to please beware from buying anything you cannot plug in and find out that it works from this shop . I am on a low income fixed budget and I have children to take of , I told the woman this ... I found this place by going on letgo app her husband told me the stove was working perfectly .. when I got there I asked if I could plug it and see if it worked . She said she knew it worked but could not plug it in and that If it did not work that I could bring it back that day. However I do not have a vehicle ,and the burners portion of the stove did work so my father who brought me there ,left. later on I went to bake a casserole and and the oven portion of the oven would not work .,it was 9 at night and so I called them first thing that morning. The husband told me I could not bring it back till Thursday so I went today . They stated they would not be giving me a refund but they would exchange me another oven that cost 25 less dollars . I said it’s okay as long as you can plug it up . She said no I could not plug it up and I said I couldn’t Get my refund back. (As I am disabled cannot drive and have no vehicle) I have a muscle disease . She started saying she would call the police because I asked her to plug it up . This should be illegal it was wrong .. Buyers please be ware. This is the place across from Macs grocery .I wish people could have been civil,and just given me a working oven because I really need one.
