I had the worst experience ever!! I went in Walmart at 3:30 am on 10/13/2015 to purchase three items. 10 to 15 sale associates literally avoided me and ignored me intentionally as I went to the front to check out. There were no lanes open at all. I was able to get the attention of a young guy who worked there and he went to get a checkout person. I watched him tell her I needed assistance and she never even looked up, but told him I could go to the self check out. I needed cigarettes, so needed someone to assist me. I told someone else and again was told to go to the self checkout. I waited about 25 min at a register as workers walked around me and avoided me. I walked out without my items. I have never been treated like this in my life! I reported it to the corporate office. I will never step foot back in that Walmart again.

I have always had the privilege of going to this Walmart as a guest whenever I would visit my family in Alexandria, LA. Then Hurricane Katrina hit our city and Alexandria is where I decided to go. while there I worked at the Pineville's walmart and it was wonderful. They welcomed me with open arms and that attitude never changed. I met some great people and made alot of friends. It is great to find a store where the generosity is genuine! They are friendly to everyone, very tolerant, and gentle people! I recommend this store to everyone!

I LOVE SHOPPING HERE. I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR OR CAN FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME.
