AMG is a First Class neighborhood management company.
My family has lived in Birkdale for more than 14 years and has been consistently impressed with AMG's professionalism, experience and helpfulness.
The on-site manager, Allison, is always super helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I might have as a homeowner.
I also had the pleasure of serving on the HOA board of directors for 4 years and was grateful to know our neighborhood was in such good hands with AMG. Their depth of experience and knowledge, wise planning skills, legal advice and foresight have the Birkdale HOA in an enviably strong position for the both present and for the future. It was a pleasure to serve on the board with AMG at the table. We are in good hands with AMG.

AMG has been an outstanding choice for our HOA.

The owners and their employees are among the most knowledgeable experienced and respected professionals in the property management business. They have been very generous with our association financially with comparatively low fees.  In addition they get good prices and service from our vendors.  

Thus, I'm writing this review to highly recommend AMG to any and all who are seeking the best in the business!  AMG exceeds expectations!!!

Great management company to manage our neighborhood and HOA. A dedicated company who goes the extra mile to solve and/or resolve HOA challenges. Requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time.

AMG is a great property management company for HOAs and condominiums. They have extensive experience guiding and assisting Associations.

Our association has been very pleased with AMG. Our HOA manager and the staff at AMG have been very helpful and offered guidance which has made our HOA a better place to live. Also, they have had several ideas that have really saved us money.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come in contact with. We have been bullied for late fees with their use of letters containing a lot of scary legal terms when it takes irresponsible employees weeks to post payments to accounts. They rely on information from immature neighbors rather than driving through a neighborhood for inspections resulting in more undeserved bullying and harassment. I will never live in another neighborhood that they manage.

The Association Management Group of Charlotte is the most incompetent management company in Mecklenburg County. They discriminate against particular homeowners based on the type of property they have purchased within the neighborhood. Their means of providing regulatory compliance of the neighborhood occurs in a harassing manner in which they do not provide documentation or fair and equitable treatment towards all families living in their community or neighborhoods. They rely solely on "hear say" from neighbors who have personal vendettas against others in the neighborhood. I would not recommend moving into a neighborhood in which they manage nor would I recommend using them to manage your neighborhood (unless you want to provide a miserable living experience). We are great homeowners who take pride in their property and the appearance of it and have been nothing short of discriminated against during our time in Monteith Park. The neighbors "managing" the Association Management Group are completely against young homeowners purchasing homes in their neighborhood. I truly believe it comes down to them feeling inadequate with their social economic status. Our experiences with this management group and neighborhood has made us really regret purchasing a home in this neighborhood.
