First time customer 5/10/213 They are not very through. Went in for an inspection and failed due a broken passenger mirror and weak wipers. I repaired the mirror at another location and they noticed my belts were split and cracking very badly. If it was not for the mirrors, they would have passed me and my car would have been in bad shape later down the road. I'm glad I did not get my oil changed there who knows what would have happened.

1st time cumtomer - signature oil change on Dec 31st 2008, 1 month later noticed oil leaking onto garage floor. Took car back to Jiffy Lube. Service tech checked it out said nothing was leaking. Two week later oil still leaking, I took vehicle to Honda Dealer. Oil Pan drain threads striped. $450 repair, labor and time.



I have used the same oil service provider (not Jiffy Lube) for 3 years and have not had any problems with oil changes until my visit with Jiffy Lube.



After online research there seem to be a load of complaints about Jiffy Lube and yes several involving oil pan tread stripping.



I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JIFFY LUBE AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD OF POOR SERVICE & QUALITY!
