If you're looking for a quick answer on anything you've submitted for repair, this is not the store to count on. My dog likes to jump- a lot. Unfortunately, his big paws snagged my pearl bracelet and broke the elastic band. My fiance took the pearls in to have them restrung. Two weeks later, we get them back, only they are not on the elastic band, but they now have a lobster clasp making the bracelet way too big for my wrist. Nothing is done that day, we have to wait for a call the next day. Next comes, Amanda offers to completely replace the bracelet. I agree, but swiftly have a change of heart and call back within ONE MINUTE to plead not to replace, but to just restring with the right band. She's with a customer, she will call you back. Next day, no call back still. I call them, someone else answers, I explain and plead for the pearls to just be restrung, and she says she will call me back. Nope! Not this time. I'm now on hold for almost 10 minutes. If they don't find my original pearls, I'm SO DONE with this store.
