I've been a customer of NewGen Restores for about 2 years and I have been highly satisfied with every job. What started as a call to have my carpets stretched 2 years ago before I put my home on the market, finished with almost everything on my to do list completed. They ended up power washing my home, porch, walkway, driveway, deck and patio pavers. My house looked brand new. It's something I wish we would have done when we moved in so we could have enjoyed it. It made an incredible difference. Most importantly, my husband was impressed with how reasonable the price was for the whole job; and he doesn't impress easily! When we moved into our new home I called them once again to clean all the carpets and upholstery. But, the most incredible thing about them is when I needed them in an emergency; they came out within hours. My cat was inadvertently locked in a room we don't use often for days and had many "accidents." I was prepared to rip out the carpet and just live with subfloor for a while. They came out and pulled up the carpet in that area, cut out the damaged padding, cleaned the back of the carpet, replaced with new padding, cleaned top of carpet and put the carpet back as it was before. They even went around with a blacklight to make sure there wasn't any other spots. I will admit; I was worried. For the next few weeks I would go in there and smell that area to see if my cats went back to that area like I heard they might. I'm happy to report that they haven't. It has been about 6 months since that incident happened. In the near future we are going to replace our carpets with hardwoods and of course NewGen will do that project for us too. The business is locally owned and operated, which is something I love and support wholeheartedly. The owner has high standards and takes pride in his work. It certainly shows. I'm a loyal customer and I truly trust Kent and his team with my biggest investment.

My carpets had old pet stains and a terrible odor, it was so bad I was going to replace all of the carpet downstairs but decided to call NewGen Restores Inc., instead. I am glad I did because the carpet looks brand new! The difference is incredible!The stains are gone and they smell extremely fresh! I wont go to anyone else now, I highly recommend them! 980-207-4868
