I waited too long there was customers getting haircut after I have been waiting the barber's purposely over look me and just ignored me I will never recommend this place

One day I really had to get a haircut and my barber was unavailable so I decided to get an appointment here. When I went I just didn't feel welcomed. When I walk into my barbershop everyone speaks. They see who you are there to see and if you have an appointment. I ended up getting my haircut here and actually liking it. And my barber seemed cool, talked about how he only did appointments, and that he would appreciate my business. So because of the convenience of the location I decided to go again. I once again got an appointment time. This time, however, I go in and one of the barbers and the barber who I was to see again actually spoke so I was like cool. But that's where the goodness ended. My appointment time was at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:20. At 5:45 one person left the chair and he took another guy who was already in the shop. So I thought cool he must be behind. No big deal. A girl then walks in with her little boy and as soon as the guy in the chair gets up he takes the little boy. So now I'm really getting pissed because I had somewhere to be and no thought to say "Hhhmmm... You have been waiting for a hour. Do you have an appointment?" So I decided to be cool and wait but after the little boy leaves the chair he takes ANOTHER person who came after me. I grabbed my belongings and left. Working in customer service you have to feel out your patrons. I'm already uncomfortable in barbershops as it is but to be completely ignored and unacknowledged is just unacceptable. Will never go back.

This place has the worst customer serivice I've ever witness. The staff is so disjointed and unprofessional.
