You should be extremely wary of signing any contract with Ricky Felt's Lumber, unless you can express all of your timber harvest requirements in such unmistakably clear language that any lawyer that passed the Bar exam could make a "Slam Dunk Case" suing for any variation of your timber harvesting requirements by Ricky Felt's Lumber. His assurances and promises of different tasks that he'll perform (those not spelled out specifically in your contract) for you will disappear faster than a wisp of smoke in a windstorm should Ricky determine, after signing the contract, that there isn't sufficient profit in that task for his taste. Should you question any of the promises not being fulfilled, his first response is to deny he said it, even though you may have witnesses, quickly followed by aggression and proceeding then to: If you want more out of me, then sue me.

This guy is a crook. Avoid him like the plague. He stole from my elderly parents and then threatened them when confronted about the theft. He is a very shady operator.
