I trust Letcher Brothers to service my car. They are always courteous, pay great attention to detail and deliver my car as close to when promised as is humanly possible. Ive never been disappointed with their service. My entire family trusts our vehicles to Letcher. Plus, my husband loves the coffee in the waiting room.

Both Mike Letcher and BJ have treated me very well. They have been up front and EXTREMELY fair with the repair bills. I looked up the price of parts if I were to do the repairs myself and found I could not buy the parts for the price they were able to buy and install. The workmanship is very good and my car (BMW 745i) runs terrific after they complete the work.

I have been coming to Letcher Brothers for years and have always been pleased with the service provided by the mechanics. Friendly and prompt with fair pricing, you can't beat it!

No waiting for appt time. Car was taken right in for repairs. Work was done in a timely manner. Radio, mirrors, and seat were not required to be readjusted like most shops after service. Good attitude by the whole staff.

I am impressed by the team at Letcher Brothers. From the greeting that you receive when you pull up to the shop, to the individual that provides you a ride home, to the Manager who is more than willing to not only explain in detail but show you the parts that are in need of repair. This is my first review, but I was driven to write something. Finding a shop with such honest work ethics can be difficult to locate. I highly recommend that you try this shop.

I've always taken my car to the dealer for service until a friend recently recommended Letcher Bros. I hesitantly decided to try them - I got my car right in/out and received EXCELLENT service at probably half the price. Letcher Bros kept me informed and took the time to fully explain all the action taken or suggested. They even showed me some negligence resulting from my last service (from the dealer by the way) that contributed to my current issue. My only problem or frustration is realizing all the time and money I wasted going to the dealer for service for so many years when Letcher Bros was right down the street!
