Late post!!! but better late than never! I am extremely grateful to the staff that was there when our Precious Chula passed away. Tahnk you for being so kind and understanding. you gave us the time to grieve her and did not rushed us at all.

Out of my many pets I've had three pets spayed here and referred my mom's three cats. After two of my spays my pets became ill and had to go to pet emergency with severe problems. I was countlessly overcharged. My spay was quoted as $139 and I ended up paying $224.00 for it. I was treated rudely by Sheila, she refused to give my cat back until I paid the outrageous fees. They reportedly have a day when they provide routine shots at cost, of course after your pet has had them they then tell you it's only between 2pm and 5pm providing they have an available person. I will never allow my babies to go there again!

Pinole Pet Hospital has provided modestly priced and excellent care for my companion animals since ~1990. The veterinarians thoroughly examine their patients and also take time to answer questions and explain clearly all instructions, probabilities and possibilities to the human guardians, as well! Although I have found Dr. Juricek offers the most consistent quality of care, everyone in the office is knowledgeable and helpful, and you can rest assured that whoever answers the telephone is a knowledgeable staff member and not merely a message-taker.
