Owning in this park was one of the worst experiences of .you life I feel the owner is a greedy pig that only cares about money and the management at the time drove me crazy and had a very mean undertone. The landlord is an out of town owner and has as many as 19 other parks.

Beware! The website does not reflect how living in this community really is. Very poorly run trailer park due to less than adequate management. any questions or concerns have to go through the gate keeper, who is an elderly women who could care less about your questions or concerns that need to be addressed by the park owner. It is going on 3 months now of not getting answers pertaing to the type of fence I'm allowed to have on my property among other things. The woman is rude, nit picky and only knows how to complain about petty things like leaving your trash can at the curb for two seconds after trash has been picked up, I guess she needs to push her weight around to feel important or too stupid to think outside of the box.. I retired and moved up here to get away from the drama of city life and it seems that's all I've encountered living here. Think twice before buying in this community. It's too bad people have to make life difficult when it's really not necessary. Meadow Pines is a pretty park in a nice country setting other than some of the tenants with trashy yards and dwellings that look like they should be condemned.
