I called to price a cut and talk about terrible customer service! At first a child answered the phone and apparently couldn't understand what questions I was asking. Then I'm assuming the owner got on the phone and was very rude. I simply made a comment on the price of the cut I was looking for and how it was cheaper than the last place I called and I received a very snide "I don't have time to talk. I have two people sitting here". After hearing this I was debating about even giving a business like this my patronage and then I received another rude comment "Well, do you want an appointment or not? I'm busy". Perhaps this business should hire a receptionist to take calls for questions/appointments and possibly not overbook appointments to be simply "too busy to be on the phone". If they are in such a hurry they can't be on the phone, makes you wonder how good of a hairstyle they actually do....
