PC Paramedic began in June of 2010 by Don Floody to provide computer sales and service to business customers and home users in Pipestone, Minnesota and surrounding communities. Don gained his computer expertise from the Navy, Gateway 2000 and being the Network Administrator at Fey Industries, which is currently PC Paramedic’s largest customer. He has brought credibility and trust to PC Paramedic with his Master’s degree in Computer and Information Resource Management, A+ Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Professional accreditations. The goal of PC Paramedic is to be completely honest and fair while attempting to provide accurate, timely diagnosis and resolutions to the computer issues it encounters. Services include P.C. cleanup and virus removal, operating system restoration, hardware repair and upgrades, data recovery, training and more. Proactive monthly maintenance plans are offered that give customers a peace of mind that their systems are virus free and running at peak performance.
