Sorry your order was mixed up. This, as everyone knows, is one of the most busy days of the year. We did everything we could to make it right the next week, pleasing the customer. She was as nice as she could be and very appreciative. I will be praying that you find it in your heart to be understanding to people that make miskates. I am only human trying to run a self owned business the best that I can and do what I can to please my customers. It is dissapointing to me, that you are the first complaint that I have recieved throughout my years of business to feel the need to post it online after I did all I could to make it up to you.

P.S. To the one who sent the letter in respone to Cheryl Jerrals post, know the whole story before you make rational comments and to you, keep up the good work.

I ordered a Valentine Day gift for someone very special, I was so disappointed in it. First I order all RED flowers, they sent all PINK but...with one BIG WHITE flower that sticks out awful !!!! I also order a box a candy, which wasn't delivered. I will never order from them again !!!!! VERY UN-HAPPY !!!!!
