Took over a month to size 2 rings. Gave excuses such as vacation, couldn't find my rings, and "forgot about it." Under no circumstance would I ever step foot in this shop again! So much for trying to use a local business!

The staff is incredibly rude. Horrible customer service. I will not return

Thoma Jewelers is amazing!!! They custom designed my wedding ring set and it is stunning. I would totally reccomend them to anybody. As a matter of fact they are the only jeweler my entire family has used since i can remember. If you want custom jewelry this is the place to go. You're not going to pay huge chain prices wither because they are family owned!!! WTG Thoma family you all are the best!!

If it takes a little while for a ring design, it's because they strive for perfection. They custom made my engagement ring and it's amazing! More than I ever dreamed of! Not only did they create my beautiful ring but long before that, they repaired a ring of mine that was damaged while I was working and I continue to be impressed. Thank you, Thoma family!

Don't go here for ring designs. They take WAY WAY WAY too long, and always give you a different story as to why there is another delay.
