The Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) program of the Upper Valley JVS Adult Division offers no-cost classes in GED preparation, math, reading, writing, refresher skills, computer introduction, citizenship and parenting skills. It also administers the English as a Second Other Language (ESOL) program. The Upper Valley JVS Adult Division operates an applied technology center that offers aptitude and interest evaluation services that help participants discover their strengths and explore various training options. It also offers services related to career counseling, resume, and job placement and search assistance. In addition, the division operates a range of career development programs that include preparation for state and nationally recognized certification exams and professional licensure. The Upper Valley JVS Adult Division is located in Piqua, Ohio.
