Ok. I really hate to give bad reviews but Bob did our floors, stained early american and a satin finish. When the floors were finished I noticed that something didn't look right under the stove. I asked him about it and he said, exact words, "Oh yeah, that is the one place I messed up, I should have taken the drawer out." It looks like zebra stripes. I asked what he could to to fix. His response, nothing. I can tell you what I'm not doing is sanding the floor down again. After closer inspection, in the middle of the kitchen floor, is a piece of his long gray hair in the poly. Again, he tells us to pull it out, buff and put some poly on it. This is just incredible. And he stormed out, grabbed the envelope with the cash that I was going to pay him with. That is my fault, shouldn't have left it in plain sight. I will file a police report on that. FAIR WARNING, STAY AWAY. He only lives 8 houses away from us.
