Friday, April 11, 2014. I had the worst experience ever in life at Millennium III nail salon (Piscataway, NJ). I was a new client, that made an appointment in person for two days later. I was on time and was asked to wait a few minutes. I didn't have a specific nail technician, like I mentioned I was a new client. The next available nail tech walked right pass me and proceeded to take another client that came in with two other ladies. Another nail tech had to tell her that I was not a walk-in but had an appt. so I was next. The nail tech seemed to be upset and did a horrible job on my nails, very rough and quick. I asked her politely to file my nails a certain shape and she didn't want to comply. I asked if someone could do my pedicure and she agreed, since she seemed angered. I paid for both services in advance and proceeded to walk over to have a pedicure. She told me no one wanted to perform my pedicure because they all (7 other nail techs) thought I was difficult and refused to service me. The original nail tech offered to return the amount for the pedicure, because she as well didn’t want to be bothered. I allowed the same woman to do my pedicure because I was stuck, with a need to have this service that evening. We had a few words back and forth before she agreed. The entire time she did the pedicure, she was angry and kept mentioning she felt sorry that no one would agree to perform my pedicure because she never told anyone that I was difficult (of course in her native language…I don’t know what the heck she said to them). I asked her for the owners name and she told me she wasn't there and didn't know her name. Least to say, besides losing a new customer I will bad mouth this nail salon whenever I get the opportunity. I have NEVER, in all my 30+ years of receiving nail services in NY & NJ have been to such a rude and unprofessional nail salon......new customers don't waste your time or money.

This nail salon is excellent! Vanna is the girl that does my nails every week...you will not be disappointed...also the spa pedi is awesome...try it one day, you will love it! -Jenna N.
