This is the only place worth going to the tourist part of Pismo Beach for. Potato chips hot and crispy. It’s a gem!

To be honest, I cannot see this place stay in in business without tourists seeing no line and popping in. There were 4 people in front of us and it took us over twenty minutes to get to the register. There were four people in our group and the first one was served her food 10 minutes after she ordered, the next order took an additional 20 minutes and our food, which consisted of ONE sandwich and 2 orders of chips, took 45 minutes from the time we ordered. At that rate we could have eaten at splash, which I wanted to in the first place but was deterred by their line. The food was good, but we turned others in our group away because of how long it took. Normally I'm lenient with local family businesses, but this was absolutely absurd and my patience only lasts so long. Pass this place right on by and keep heading to the long line at splash cafe for their infamous clam chowder...that is actually worth the wait
