I've been going there for many years. NEVER disappointed! This shop is the real deal. The first time I went in, I needed 4 steaks. They only had two in the case. When I asked if that was all they had more, the owner cut the other two for me... I watched the whole thing! So cool! I heard about the sausage so I picked up some and it was ( as my friend described) 'badass'. Awesome little shop! I also suggest Joe's homemade capicola. Melts in your mouth.

Have had several deer processed here. They did a great job. No hair cut as I asked nicely wrapped. reasonable price. Nice people to deal with. would recommend.
