The service is very good.

Mark was absolutely great. I was stuck in the snow halfway down an icy side road, about to go over the precipice. Mark knew exactly what he was doing, and didn't make me feel silly when I asked questions. He pulled me out, and when I couldn't get going on the ice covered road, he pulled me all the way up to the main road. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you!!!

We live in a world where there's freedom of speech... and that's a good thing. Unfortunately, tow companies are typically are only needed or used in bad situations and thus get a bad name.



I'd read the reviews and was a bit leery about how my interactions with them would go. Granted I had no say in my car being sent there, but I did have to deal with them afterwards. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and received great customer service. The staff were helpful despite how busy they were.



The point is, you must separate the job performed from the people doing them. Along with dentists, police officers, and other frowned upon professions, these are people doing their job, and doing it well might I add. Thanks Magill's!!

Over priced, corrupt, absolute crap. They did a terrible job. They stay in business by using government contacts and extreme corruption.

Let me get this straight Tyler. Their rates are POSTED on their walls and they threw you out for taking a picture of them? Sounds like you stumbled upon a major conspiracy! Now try to get the Elves that bake cookies in trees on film.

Our car was towed by Magill's (who has a police/municipality contract) in the early evening. We picked it up the next day late in the day and was charged $365 just for the towing! When I questioned it, they were rude and said that is the price they charge! Afterwards I contacted a few other towing businesses in the area and was quoted substantially lower costs. Any person I've talked to that knows this business have all said this is how they treat people and their costs are always extreme. I was told they behave this way because they have the backing of the Monroeville Municipality! My advice....STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

My vehicle got towed by mcgills. They insisted I should have it towed directly to their shop so they can inspect it, not a smart move on my part. I should of had it towed directly to my mechanic. They attempted to charge me almost $4000 in repairs that later a master mechanic found no evidence of needing I told mcgills I was picking up the vehicle but not before they charged me $80 for the day it was there. On the phone they were rude and arrogant and acted like they were doing me a favor! Don't ever do business with these people you will pay for it, trust me

I was attempting to merge onto the crowded highway this morning and watched this driver run several cars off of the road including myself because he refused to let a single car merge in front of his. I realize this is not representative of the entire company but I would certainly think twice about working with a company who hires people like that.

I bought an out of state RV with a reconstructed title. It needed a special type of inspection even before it could be titled. I called a few places that were able to do an "enhanced inspection" ( which is the type of inspection this needed), and when I called there the owner, whose name I cannot recall, started asking me questions about the van and it's particular issue that none of the other places asked me. I knew then that I finally called the right place. I took it in, had it done correctly and went and had it titled. I then called them and had the Pa State Inspection done there. This was all done 6 weeks ago. The van has just developed a gas leak and I just scheduled an appointment with them. Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Back in January I was stuck in a snow bank right outside of monroeville and you guys came and got me right out. Thank you so much, I really appreciated that fast service.
