Provided by YP.comI am really sick, my sister just finished chemo last week... this is her first birthday after that ordeal. When the order of flowers were not the same as pictured 1-800 promised to fix it. The 2nd order of flowers was nothing like the order. We ordered roses and other flowers, the replacement was carnations. They didn't even try but before we could even call... the first florist (Rose Bud's) came to my sisters house and took back the first order for non-payment!!! So embarrassing, so crude. They took back both arrangements!!! I had no idea there were two florists and didn't know they were going to remove my sister's flowers. She (of course) wasn't the person who complained. She didn't understand what was happening. How utterly crude and rude!! We only knew who it was when I called the number that had called my sister and found out it was RoseBud florist in Pitman NJ. But we didn't know until I called them that they had only made the first order. How dare they go and take those flowers back, do they realize how many people receiving flowers are sick or grieving and the last thing we wanted was my sister to be stressed or upset about STUPID FLOWERS!!!! But here I am upset about stupid flowers.... ugh. Plus they took them back saying for non-payment. Do you know how embarrassing that is. I have 7 sisters! 7. and I can't count the nieces, nephews and relatives that heard we sent flowers to my sick sister only to have them repossessed... UGH! So you tell me, how do you fix it? I will go and give reviews where ever I can about Rosebud Florist in Pitman NJ and 1-800 flowers but I can't even speak to them... how dare they... the audacity is beyond my comprehension. They TOOK BOTH ORDERS OF FLOWERS. I want my money refunded, I want a written apology to my sister. I don't want any more flowers. God only knows it will probably be hemlock!

Provided by YP.comI picked up an arrangement from Rosebud's and was attended to by the owner Bob. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I recieved. It's great to get that family business gratitude and quality which you see less of any more. I highly recommend Rosebud's to anyone. You won't be dissapointed. Thanks again!

Provided by YP.comI recently was married in Philly and my reception was at the "Ben" in Center City. I had been to 3 florists in the city to talk about my flowers. Everyone was over my budget. A friend at work put me in touch with Rosebuds in Pitman, NJ. I was able to sit with the owner and after 2 consultations I was able to get most of what I wanted within my budget. Some of the pricing was less, but they were able to show me how to get more for less. When the day came, the deliveries to 3 locations
were on time, the flowers exceeded my expectations and my guests were impressed by my flower choices.I really looked like I knew what I was doing. I can't thank Rosebuds staff enough for helping to make my wedding even more special.
