During this period, strong and lasting client relationships were fostered with comprehensive and high quality architectural services. In 2005, Grimsley T. Hobbs Jr. and son G. Taylor Hobbs III created Hobbs Architects, PA with the goal of building a successful new firm based on the foundations and lessons of a successful past. The practice combines a wide variety of professional experience including design for private, county, city, and state governmental agencies. Quality control is maintained through extensive fieldwork, analytical design, accurate preparation of construction documents, efficient construction administration, and cost control at each phase of the project. Designing within the client's budget and schedule is synonymous with good design and construction. As such, accurate budgeting and careful control of design and materials during the planning phases provides consistent success in controlling building costs. This consistency has ensured successful projects and a repeat client base of over 80%. Hobbs Architects, PA is also dedicated to environmentally sensitive design both partners have attained the title of 'LEED AP', a professional accreditation recognized by the United States Green Building Council. It is our belief that environmentally sensitive design is merely design with a conscience one that is consistently updated and evaluated in each project.
