I bought a car from one of there employees and the guarantee it would pass smog. The title shows it was bought from fernandes. Went to DMV paid registration in full. I can not get it fully register until it passes smogs. How can I get Fernandes employee to keep his word. I have already spent a 1000,00 on the car and another 400-500 trying to get it smog and register in my name. Now they want me to pay another 250.00 in order for it to pass smog. Any suggestions'

This place is a joke!!! I have been trying to contact someone about a vehicle for 2 days now . Then when I finally do contact someone they gave me 4 different numbers to contact 1 person!!!! They were very rude and hostile. I told them I would stop by after work to meet with someone to look at the car and he said ok . I got to the office at 4:30pm and the sign said they close at 5 and doors were locked and nobody to be found !!!! So I called all 4 numbers again to reach somebody and when I did finally contact him he was so rude and a smart ass he had the audacity to say" I don't know what to tell you" !!!? And tour suppose to be running this business but then again you have no idea where your employees are or what's going on at your shops. Very unprofessional and will never come back to this so called establishment. If I could rate it -0, I would . By looking at other reviews , being an unprofessional company has became their profession.

I recently needed my car towed. They came out and picked me and my car up! On the way to my destination there truck ran Hot, on the freeway. So I had to sit on the side of the high way, for 20 minutes for another truck to come and pick me and my car up. The truck got there and picked me up, and I was told my car would be brought later. They brought my car 2 hours later. Charged me the full price, no apologies, and on top of that they did not drop my car where I needed to drop it but where it was convient for him. I would never use this place again and will tell everyone I know the horrible experience I had with this horrible towing company!!! Not only was the owner rude but everyone in there office talked to me horrible. And would not give me any information, to make a complaint. I will be Getting in contact with the BBB. If I had to rate them it would be a Fail!!!

Our company was so impressed with Fernandes Towing. The service was incredible, the employees were polite from

start to finish. We would use them again and again. When you find a company that really cares about what they are doing it's a pleasure to use them.
