I had my car repaired here and my experience can't be worse. We agreed on what should be done before the repair but they returned the car to me with malfunctions. Worse, they didn't do everything that we agreed upon. When I complained about it, they just brushed me off saying if I want to be completely satisfied with the repair, I had to fork in more money. On top of it, they changed from being nice (before the repair) to a bunch of jerks. The manager whom I spoke to before the repair won't even give me the courtesy of finding out what I'm complaining about after the repair. Instead, he sent his arrogant lackeys to just brush me off. I vowed never to come back to this shop and tell everybody else not to do business with them.
