Rich gave the WORST customer service I've ever had! He came to my house and gave an estimate for work that we thought needed to be done. After discovering that other work actually needed to be done, he came in and started work without giving us any paperwork to sign. When he was almost finished, he decided he didn't need to show up for another week. I called him and asked where he was since he didn't tell us he wasn't coming that day. He finally came back to finish and left without saying that he was done or the cost and still didn't leave any paperwork. He said he didn't know why I was making it a big deal and to stop complaining. He then said, "I'm telling you now so I don't know what else you want from me." He then said he's been doing this for 40 years and he knows what he's doing. How does someone like this NOT provide any paperwork BEFORE he's done? Then he said, "I'm going to charge you this amount and I expect to be paid." I DIDN'T SIGN A SINGLE PAPER TO AUTHORIZE HIS WORK!
