I called to order a Taxi for my Disabled American Veteran wife to go to a doctors appointment 7.3 miles from the house and back. Was given a price of $125 dollars, which is a little higher than a service like Easy Rider, but as she had to make the Dr. appointment I agreed and scheduled the ride for the following afternoon. Approximately 6 hours later I get a call back from Yellow Cab saying the price is actually $125. per direction. It was too late to cancel the doctor's appointment and so am having to pay a Price Gouging $250 for what most handicapped ride company's charge 1/2 this outrageous price. I will never book with Yellow Cab again and recommend all Military Veterans to stay away from this Price Gouging Company!!!

Bus is so unreaiable in this area as it is. But to find yourself needing to be at work and forgetting that the bus is on holiday time. Sent my husband off with my credit card. They took my id over the phone. Thank you for your trust. I know the world is full of bad people using fake id's and stolen cards, but the good people should'nt need to suffer.. Husband was a little late but he got there. Thank you..
