I spoke to the groomer ahead of time about looking at my dog before drop off. At appointment time the groomer quickly ran her hands through my dogs coat, and said she wasn’t matted, and there wouldn’t be a mat fee, so I agreed to let her groom my dog. At pick up, she charged me a mat fee on top of the regular groom cost.

As far as the actual groom, my dog was cute, but she didn’t cut my dog how she was asked, not even close, and she was even given pictures.

Her shop is cute, but the table she grooms on is just a 2x4 type table with no groomers leash or anything so she has another person hold the dog while she tries to groom. I feel her grooming process causes extreme stress because my dog was crying when I picked her up. This isn’t normal for her. She didn’t even cry like that after being fixed at the vet. I would steer clear of Doggie Style Grooming.
