Check your movies before you leave

I have never had a problem with family video, until now. I had checked out several movies and brought them home. The next day we went to watch the movies we didn't get to, when we watched the others, and I put the movie in without looking and it was not the movie that the case was. Not a big deal, I called they said to bring it up and they would exchange it out and I did. Got the other movie watched it, took it back but apparently they did not mark down what had happened and now it is showing over due six days, I think it is very ironic that the movie that they say is over due is the same movie that wasn't in the case in the first place to check out. So if you do rent from them please check the disc in the case before you check out or before you leave the store. This would have solved my problem but I didn't and now it is showing over due for a movie that they were missing anyway. I even signed my name to a paper that showed they made a mistake and corrected it by giving me a new movie, but apparently the problem was not corrected and I will be charged over due fees for something that was suppose to be taken care of. I had rated lower earlier and have come back to edit this because they have taken care of the issue, which showed me that they care about their customers. I would still recomend you check to make sure the disc inside the case is the same as the case though, so you won't go through what I did. Besides all this they are friendly when you go in and the prices are good, and the kids love the free kids movie section
