Dr. Pinamonti and her staff are very friendly and informative about any questions you may have. When my dentist told me it was time to get braces he suggested her saying "She takes pride in her work, and is the cheapest around". So I ended up going to her and I thank God I did! They have been such a blessing in my life.

The staff was quite friendly and very easy to get along with. They were also very professional throughout the entire process. My treatment lasted 3.5 years to correct an overbite. All in all It was a fairly strenuous process. And because I was in my early twenties when I had gotten the braces on, it wasn't exactly thrilling...but it was necessary to correct my bite.



And that was my only issue with PInamonti Orthodontics. It. Lasted. Too. Long. My initial treatment was supposed to be two years...but lasted 3.5 years! Adults, and especially young adults, do not want the hassle of having to have braces. I would have preferably had my appointments scheduled every two to three weeks...but often times, one month (and sometimes two months) was the general norm between actual scheduled appointments.



There were times that I would call in to reschedule appointments to speed the process up by a few days. I didn't see the urgency that I would have liked to have seen from Pinamontis office in this regard. I still feel that had the process been sped up and appointments scheduled every two to three weeks, that I would have gotten the braces off much sooner. This is the only reason why I did not give Pinamontis office a 5 star rating. Other than that, her prices were fairly competitive, she is a perfectionist, and will make sure you leave her office with a nice straight, beautiful smile.



One thing you must understand with braces is that it will take time to correct the bite. I didn't just have a bad overbite, but crowding as well. While the treatment lasted much longer than I would have liked, it was well worth it in the end. I would recommend people to Pinamonti, especially for their children. Because she does a great job, and her staff is amazing. However, if you are an adult who would like sense of urgency, know that Pinamonti likes to do things slowly. It won't be a quick process with her.
