Don't waste your time and money . The hotlinks are tasteless and greasy has to be one of the worst meals I've ever tried to eat. The only thing here I could eat was the crackers. I don't know how they've stayed in business so long.

Raised in west Texas, but worked in Pittsburg for several years back in the 1990's and thought I had found Heaven the first time I tried the Hot Links... Completely different that any link you have ever had... Little death torpedo's by all sane accounts... but man they are good, you just can't stop eating them... add a little chili and cheese with a sprinkling of their hot sauce... don't get any better than that.. The restaurant also makes one heck of a burger...

If you have never tried the Pi...

If you have never tried the Pittsburg Hot Link, then you owe it to yourself to give it a try! This is a little sausage that is sold in links and served on wax paper with chili and crackers. Their jalapeno cornbread is amazing too. In fact, if you want real Texas cooking, they have a whole menu of it! There used to be a lot of different hot link places around East Texas, however this was the original and made from the original 1898 formula that was created by a German immigrant in Pittsburg, Texas. In today's health worried world, you would think that these delightful, but rather greasy sausages would not have a place, however, I have never not seen the place packed at lunch. Go ahead and splurge and dive into 6, 8, 10, or for those big guys that are REALLY hungry a full dozen!
