ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE MANAGER. I agree with benpen43, that the manager is rude and very unprofessional, that is PROBABLY because of all of the service problems they have had. The BBB giving them an A+ rating is a JOKE. I have had my oil changed on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra several times my someone I knew there. The last time a different person did not put the oil drain plug in correctly and in eventually fell out when I was leaving work. I had to have the engine replaced by another dealer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the MANAGER was sooooo rude and very unprofessional. Recently I was in the market to buy a brand new 2014 Hyundai, I called to check around for prices, for three days, I was back and forth with what I thought was the Salesman at the dealership, but when I got there, I found out they farm the calls out to a calling center, WHERE the personalization of buying a car the second most pricest investment other then a house you will make in your life. "bait and SWITCH, don't waste your breath caling cause they are sooooo impersaonable,. Upon leaving the dealership I asked for my quote in WRITTING, the manager was so angry, he almost threw it at me, cause I expressed my unhappiness with the service. BUY ANYWHERE else no there.......
