Glad to be out of the apartment. The owner was really unaccomodating. He hounds students to pay the rent even if they are late by a few days and threthen to litigate them dragging their parents in the process. AND MIND YOU THESE ARE FOR RENT PAID IN ADVANCE BY A MONTH. moreover the apartments are musty, no proper heating or cooling and overpriced 1250 dollars for rat holes. The rent is overcharged for old building basement dwelling on poor location next to bar etc. Look for more better options pittsburgh is a nice city with lot of better places than the gross establishments.
