5 stars for service and professionalism. I needed some landscaping done to get a good appraisal for refinancing my house and my fiancee looked up online some contractors. I contacted 3 different ones with Jay being one of them. His professionalism won me from the beginning. The time estimate he gave me as to when he would be able to come and do the 2 day job was on the conservative side (he said about 4 weeks - it was this summer in July, when contractors are quite busy); but he was able to come and complete the job only 3 weeks later, since something opened up in his schedule. Jay Bayless and his folks have never disappointed in any way. Any work we've had him do has been of the highest quality and done professionally. I actually asked a neighbor for a good reliable company to get for a job and immediately my neighbor told me about Jay Bayless. Jay's done a few jobs for us and they've been done quickly and in a clean, professional manner. Jay listens closely to what you want done and does it exactly what you want. Our last job, Jay built us a decorative and very sturdy decorative fencing to obscure our recycle and trash containers. An it was done perfectly. I highly recommend Jay Bayless!

The Bayless crew was hired to install a ceramic tile floor in my kitchen. The job went great! They explained in detail what needed to be done and the timetable in which it would be accomplished. They are easy to work with and no question or observation was too small for them to take the time to answer. The were prompt, cleaned up and I would use them again!
