Worst experience in a salon in my life. The language barrier with my artist Andy was so bad, I spent 15 minutes explaining coffin shape and ombre design. He still did square, French style design, and 2of my nails had no color because it was filed off. Upon paying I explained this was unacceptable and they needed fixed and they said no problem come back anytime tomorrow and we will fix. I went back the next and pointed out what Andy did wrong and Andy flipped out saying my bad manicure was my fault and he then disclosed everything was on tape, great I love evidence of being abused verbally by a man! So shop refused to fix mistakes and told me to call manager Amy or Ellen tomorrow and they will make it right. Well needless to say Amy and Ellen refused a discount unless I let them take their nails back. After being screamed in my face i was very uncomfortable having anyone in the shop abuse me again but agreed to let Amy cuff them off. She cutt one off and said no we need to file and the gel we put on off too. I said you can cut t them off but no drill by any of their staff. The police were called and report was filled and now I am taking them to cival court. Run, Run away don't not let them do this to another woman.
