Founded in 1965, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh provides a variety of services for children between the ages of 6 and 13. Located in Pittsburgh, the organization conducts various nationwide fundraising activities. It conducts various luncheons, fashion shows, picnics and campaigns. It administers a community-based mentoring program that serves more than 300 community members every year. Additionally, it supports a school-based mentoring program that includes recreational, health, community and academic activities.
