ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Booked a ride on a Friday with Khayia for two separate clients, one for the following Monday and the other for the following Tuesday. One was a regular sedan transport, the other a wheel chair vehicle. On Monday, they completely missed the pick up for my client. When I called to inquire as to why this was they said two drivers had broken down, yet they didn't even call me to let me know. I decided to give them a second chance. The next day comes and I call the morning dispatch, Steve, and ask if my ride is on their schedule. Even though I scheduled this ride with Khayia on Friday and gotten a confirmation e-mail, the ride was not in their system. So I set it up with Steve, I then called back an hour later and re-confirmed this with Mary that the ride was on their schedule. This is 3 times now that the ride was confirmed to be on their schedule. Guess what? The client was not picked up until TWO HOURS past her pick up time, despite all of these fail-safes.

UPDATE: 01/25/19: I have moved their rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I had some emergency rides that I needed Classy Cab to cover and they covered it with no problems and at a very reasonable rate. Their dispatch people are also very friendly. This company is a hit or miss, it seems.
