My computer crashed while I was writing a mid term. Jay came out that night and got my computer back up and running. I was able complete my mid term and turn it in on time. If Jay had not come out to fix my computer, I would have lost all of my research and what I had written so far. His pricing was fair, and he was honest!

Thank goodness for Computer House Call. Was scared because this was my first time dealing with something like this. They arrived and put those worries to rest by repairing it in no time at all. One afternoon I went on to upload the pictures my kid took and then all of a sudden I was greeted with "windows can't be found" message over and over again. So I went and followed the fix instructions to wait for all the update and installing things to finish for still not working. I then threw hands up and said we need professional help. Called Computer House Call and they said they can fix it and told me not to worry that can can come to us. They called an hour later and said we could be therein about 20 minutes. My computer was fixed and they also showed us how to put in safe mode to fix it in future.Was the best and painless experience ever had with any customer service. Job well done guys.

Computer House Call is the best! I was getting the "blue screen of death". I couldn't get my computer to do anything! I thought I was going to have to replace it. I called Computer House Call after reading the positive reviews on the web and I was VERY impressed. They worked quickly and efficiently and got my computer back up in running in what seemed like no time! I am so glad I called them! It was so convenient! I had called Computer House Call because I was so tired of how slow my computer was. It kept popping up all kinds of ads, and often warned me of some virus. I tried everything I could to clean my computer up with fixes recommended when I googled the particular virus, but it obviously was not working. They were able to get all of the viruses, malware, and spyware off of my computer! They set me up with a top of the line security suite that will keep a problem like this from arising again. While the technician was working, my 2 year old daughter joined us. The technician seen how many pictures and videos i had on my computer. I ended up fulfilling a wish list while he was here! I got another hard drive and backed up all of my precious memories, and a dvd writer so I could actually enjoy looking at the pictures and videos we had taken. Computer House Call fixes computers and has any parts you may *want* or need!
