I enjoyed my experience there - i highly recommend this business as a place to shop.

I but a suv from ray and within 24 hrs I was calling them to try to cancel my agreement the loan company told that was fine and told it was up to the day Toyota to cancel ,and they denied me which very spiteful of them I'm handicap and realize I was unable to get in and out of this vehicle I don't like them at all for this , and the kept my trade-in also a bunch of jerks bad luck too you

My car died on Friday. That night I looked up cars on the internet and found the Day Website to be very helpful and very easy to use and it was the only website that I applied for credit. I was called that day and the next. I answered that Sat morning and went in that day. I was very pleased with the dealership. I had my Mother and my 3yr old son with me because we were out running shopping. The dealership was great and had a play area and was very good with my son.

The experience was great. Gary was patient as. I was trying to decide which vehicle best suited me. He was willing to take the time to show me whatever I wanted to see and even test drive two models so I could make a better decision on the purchase of the car I bought. The whole experience from the first time that I walked into the dealership to the purchase of the vehicle was positive. I would recommend Gary Fritch to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle from Day Toyota.

When we got to Day Toyota we were greeted immediately by Matt Krohner. He listened to everything I had to say when I gave him the run down of what we wanted, needed, liked, disliked, etc. He said, Ok, I'll be right back! He came back with two sets of keys, we ended up leasing the very first car he showed us. That showed me that he really listened to what I said and put his effort into finding what was PERFECT for us.

My sales representative, the sales manager, and the finance guru at Day Toyota were all very respectful toward me. I came in better informed about my purchase than I think they expected me to--and for that reason they might have not read me as a serious buyer at first--but in the end, I chose Day Toyota because I appreciated their courteous and helpful service.

The two men were very nice and well manned to me while at the dealership and still keeps in touch will me, I never felt so valued by a dealership. I would definitely recommend these two men to anyone trying to buy a vehicle.

Ms. Dean made a large purchase decision bearable. She was helpful, knowledgeable, always answered calls/questions/concerns. I felt I did extensive research before deciding on the auto to purchase, and Kim assisted in increasing my knowledge and comfort in the final purchase.
