A disappointed experience
They won't pay when your expensive shirts ruined - We have been using this cleaner over a year. Paid in advance when we dropped the shirts. People were nice until there was a problem. Two weeks ago, there were three shirts had bleach marks all over the top of the collars. We didn't check it since we trusted them, and found out two weeks later. We brought back asking them what happened. They denied that they ruined and shirts and
asked us if we brought them to other cleaner, or it has been a while since we took the shirts, did we bleach them by ourselves. It was uncomfortable experience and I started trying another cleaner.
