I highly recommend Esken's! After having my ring resized at a different jeweler, where they damaged a diamond, claimed it was bought like that, and then said they could fix it for $, I was nervous to trust anyone else with my ring. When I dropped my ring off at Esken's, Donald was very honest telling me that fixing the diamond could create a greater issue since the diamond and band are thin. Although I was disappointed hearing that (not Esken's fault) Donald's honesty, confidence, and knowledge about jewelry made me know that I brought my ring to the right place. 2 weeks later my ring was done! It fits perfectly now, is 100% round, and I can't even tell which diamond was damaged from the other jeweler! Donald called himself to let me know my ring was finished, which also showed how much he cares about his customers. Lesson learned, if a jeweler is willing to repair your jewelry in 4 hrs, dont trust them! Jewelry repairs take time! You can 100% trust Esken Jewelers with your repairs!
