I used the car wash at this location. One of the blowers that dries the vehicle was not working properly, this leaving the car soaked and at risk for water spots all over the vehicle. Went in to get refund from cashier and instead of acknowledging that the car wash was not working properly, he demanded that I "never use his car wash again". In response, I asked why he would continue to allow customers to purchases washes knowing that it was broken. He responded that the car wash "is what it is" and then repeatedly told me to never use this car wash again. I typically don't review anyone or anything, but with how childish this man was about this, I felt the need to put the word out. I have a family of 4 who usually uses this gas station, though we don't typically go in. Needless to say, we will just drive a little further down the street to visit the kind folks at sheetz, who know how to treat people who are handing them their money. Upon talkin to other people in Plum, it seems that the car wash at this gas station is consistently broke, yet they leave it open. I guess it "is what it is"... the man who said all of this was an Indian man, and presented himself as the owner. My advice would be to steer clear of this gas station if you are a local. Give your money to sheetz and support the kind people working there.
