The service was wonderful yesterday. The free month, free truck rental, and gift certificate are all true. Staff is extremely kind and helpful.

Super responsive and accommodating to our unique needs. We at 1st Choice Property management are a repeat customer. Great experiences.

Be very careful with this place. Extremely overpriced. I recommend Bursca Self Storage in Bridgeville for 1/2 the price. Sanda and Alex are both up selling crooks. They will tell you one thing and then act in the opposite direction; As in, you don't need to have 10 days written notice before cancelling your agreement, just come on in before month end and cancel then. The catch, when you head in at month end and you are ready to cancel lease, they will advise you, "PER CONTRACT LANGUAGE" you did not file a formal 10 day notice, so we need to charge you an additional $205 months rent. Said one thing and then did the other. Please avoid if you like to be treated as a customer without being told to REFER TO YOUR CONTRACT.

Services were good. Place was nice. Them people asked me to review this place after I rented, normally I dont do that but it was good.

i stored my extra junk from my house when i was selling it. then i went back bc my new house was too small. this place is good location and nice people.

Our house sold a lot faster than we thought it was going to. We were in a panic, trying to move & find a new place to live. The apartment we went into at Chestnut Ridge was much smaller than our home. We needed storage & quick. EZ Storage in Green Tree was so great. They were helpful and kind. We knew nothing about storage and they helped every step of the way. Thanks!

Excellent people to work with! Very accommodating when I moved my stuff in and reasonably priced for storage so close to the city. I would highly recommend EZ Storage to any one needing storage space!

Property is a bit older, but managers are fantastic. I felt like they were, not only our help with storage, but our guides to the city. We moved from out of state and they were so helpful. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. This is the place!

Great customer service. Would definitely recommend EZ Storage. I compared different properties before renting and nothing is as good as this property. Barb rented me the unit and she was wonderful, easy to talk to. Chris and Christy are the managers and helped with anything I needed.

Highly recommend this facility. We moved from Oregon and it was exhausting. The young girl in the office was so helpful through the entire process. She even helped us move in a couple of pieces of furniture we couldn't lift on our own one night around 8 o'clock. Thank goodness she was there to help. USE THIS PLACE! Cannot say enough good things.

I've stored my things at EZ Storage for almost a year now. When I first moved to the Pittsburgh area I had to have a large storage unit until my apartment was ready and I could move things in, so I did that on the month-to-month that they have available, getting 1 month free as they advertised. Then about 6 months later I'd moved all my apartment stuff there but still needed a unit - but smaller. I paid through the end of my month and then started a new lease on a smaller unit to save money. They again honored the 1 month free deal, so that was great! In addition, Chris helped me move one of my large filing cabinets drawer by drawer into their free onsite truck to get it into the other unit, which was in another building. Chris and Christy both provide awesome customer service - they are really nice people. I highly recommend Greentree EZ Storage!
